Talk on Agile Software Development

Today I held a talk on Agile Software Development at NFI (www.nfi.se). Over 50 persons attended. I gave my view on traditional software development and how development can change with the use of Agile methods and a different mind sets. What strikes me is the big interest that lies in this subject.

One interesting question I got was: How should I start? The cookbock answer is of course to start in a small project. The person asking the question said that they had some projects that never produced anything and then it struk me; why not start with one of those projects! Why you might thought? Because you have nothing to loose!
